The COVID-19 vaccine is free, safe, and effective. You don't need an ID or insurance to get it. People ages 12-17 can get the Pfizer vaccine. People aged 18+ can get any vaccine.

If you have a weakened immune system, the CDC recommends talking with your doctor to see if you should get a third dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.

If you can't find a location that works for you here, please use a mobile clinic option.

Some appointments are now available for booking boosters for eligible residents, additional appointments are expected to come online in the coming days.

Site Instructions

From South (or I-90): On I-91, Take the MA-2W Exit 26, toward Greenfield Center/North Adams/2AE. Take the 1st exit off of the traffic circle to Mohawk Trail/MA 2A. Stay straight to go onto Mohawk Trl/MA-2A. Continue to follow MA-2A. Turn left onto Chapman St. Turn right onto Pleasant St. 35 Pleasant St, Greenfield, MA 01301-2423, 35 PLEASANT ST is on the left.
